My client are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team based in Fareham.

This is a full-time on-site role, the Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, handling administrative tasks, managing phone calls with professionalism, and providing executive-level assistance. This role entails maintaining clerical tasks and fostering effective communication within the company.

  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities
  • Clerical Skills for organizing and managing office tasks
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred
