CRO Specialist

My client are seeking an experienced Conversion Optimization Specialist to join their expanding marketing team. Working alongside acquisition, data and UX/Front End Designers, you will help them make sure that their consumer facing website is converting more users, more often.

They attract visitors from a wide range of places. Making the most of this web traffic is essential for their long-term goals and you will be an important part of their digital marketing proposition.

You will be responsible for testing, measuring and improving all conversion points at every stage of the sales funnel, from first click through to their customer portal, increasing the lifetime value of every customer.

Responsibilities

· Implement a testing regime key interaction points throughout the web journey.

· Work with data and insights specialists to identify areas of focus with maximum ROI.

· Communicate positive outcomes to front end developers for site updates.

· Optimize landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms.

· A/B test and continually measure the performance of CTAs.

· Collaborate with teams responsible for content, email, social media and paid channels to optimize each conversion path.

· Increase conversion rates and drive marketing-qualified leads

Requirements

We need experience, expertise and an ability to work with people across the marketing team to maximize our inbound enquiries.

· Experience with web analytics, A/B testing and multivariate testing is essential.

· An understanding of inbound marketing tactics.

· Confidence in putting across your ideas and clarity when communicating to others.

· Commercially aware when identifying areas of focus.

· Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.

· Good communication and relationship building skills with the ability to manage an independent workload.

· Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment working towards tight deadlines is essential.

· A strong willingness to learn and grow.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A good team fit is essential.
