Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular property inspections and produce detailed reports
• Liaise with landlords and tenants regarding property condition and maintenance
• Complete inventories and ensure compliance with tenancy agreements
• Report and manage maintenance issues, instructing contractors as needed
• Register applicants, handle enquiries, and carry out property viewings

About You:

• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Previous experience in lettings or property management is an advantage
• Confident working independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence required
